Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For return requests, contact our support team with your order number and product photos.
